Delivering fresh food to workplaces comes with a responsibility to do things better. From reducing waste to investing in electric deliveries, we’re working to lessen the impact of every order.
29 tonnes of fresh fruit and milk donated to The Felix Project (Fareshare).
182,621 electric miles per year thanks to our fleet of electric vans.
Working with trusted suppliers, prioritising seasonal produce, quality and traceability.
Sustainability starts at the source. That's why we work closely with farmers and growers who share our commitment to responsible farming, quality produce, and reducing environmental impact. By sourcing directly wherever possible, we support local agriculture and create a more transparent supply chain.
When surplus fruit and milk is still perfectly good to eat, we want it to go somewhere useful rather than into the bin. Through our food redistribution work, 29 tonnes of fresh produce and milk have been donated.
Our electric fleet helps us make workplace deliveries with fewer tailpipe emissions, without changing the service our customers rely on.
From reusable wicker baskets to digital delivery paperwork, we’ve built everyday operations around reducing single-use materials wherever practical.
Sustainability isn’t one project or one target. We’re continuing to look at how we source, pack, move and redistribute products, and where we can make the biggest practical improvements.
Most Fruidel deliveries arrive in our wicker baskets, which are collected and reused again and again.
We use decomposable potato-starch material rather than conventional plastic.
Our milk is delivered in glass bottles, reducing reliance on single-use plastic containers.
Driver run sheets and day-to-day delivery paperwork are handled digitally rather than printed.
